Take the hassle out of removing bees from full honey supers with an escape board. Place below full supers for 24-48 hours (weather dependant) and then remove the bee free super. It is a good idea to "under-super" at the same time as placing the escape board. This gives exiting bees a place to go and also to start filling the new box with honey.
